About Kingpin Electrical
Established in 1997, Kingpin Electrical is a small electrical contractor with a modern approach. We pride ourselves in the quality and neatness of our work and the good customer relationships we achieve.

Our experience is supported by our continuing membership of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC) as an Approved Contractor since 1998. For your complete peace of mind and quality assurance we are also approved members of the government backed Contructionline and TustMark Schemes and participate in the Working Well Together campaign. We are also fully approved under Part P of the building regulations.

Training is a key factor
As part of our commitment to quality, our staff participate in continual professional development training to ensure we keep abreast of the latest regulations and techniques. We also provide training under the Modern Apprenticeship schemes.

Our operational area radiates from the Medieval Town of Chipping Sodbury, in South Gloucestershire. We cover an area formally described as Avon which includes Bristol, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare and parts of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and North East Somerset. We have recently completed projects in Birmingham and London.

The environment
Kingpin Electrical are Environment Agency registered waste carriers. We dispose of all waste responsibly. With our clients we discuss energy efficient ways of achieving their objectives and use our energy profile logging equipment to produce reports to establish where savings can be made.

About Domestic re-wiring
We have established an outstanding reputation for our specialists skills in domestic re-wires where our experience is second to none. We are approved under the City of Bristol's Care and Repair scheme and registered with Age Concern.

About Domestic new build
The success of our working relationships on new build projects stems from vigilance and awareness of time critical events encountered in this type of multi-trade work. We are able to be flexible in response to the demands invariably experienced.

About Commercial and Industrial installations

Lighting schemes
Kingpin Electrical have successfuly completed the detailed design, installation, commissioning and testing of lighting schemes ranging from helecopter-pad landing lights to prestigious office installations comprising multi-scene internal and architectural lighting.

For our lighting and emergency lighting designs we use DIALux professional light building software to produce computer generated images and design data reports. (Click here to see a sample page)

Data networks
Kingpin Electrical are able to install and provide full certification for commercial and industrial data networks.

Electrical Installations
Ranging from aerospace electronics clean-air rooms and laser-cutting machine shops to tyre depots and commercial garage workshops, we have enabled our clients to solve their ongoing problems by establishing innovative and cost effective solutions.

Fire and Security Alarm systems
From risk assessment to design, installation, commissioning, documentation and maintenance we have completed projects of vairious complexities including those integrated to other building services such as lighting control schemes.

About Testing of Electrical Installations
Kingpin Electrical specialise in the Periodic Inspection and Testing of all Commercial, Industrial and Domestic Electrical Installations and in-service electrical equipment.
Our tests and reports are accepted by major banks, building societies, councils, building control departments, insurance companies, health & safety executive and licensing authorities.

We use the latest NICEIC software systems to provide you with an accurate, high quality, full colour and readable report which can be emailed to you as a PDF file or posted as a hard copy report.
